Abstract Ornamental flowering bulbous plants are a group of a great economic potential for their commercial importance in cut (lowers trade as valued much for beauty and fragrance. They face many problems under Egyptian conditions such as the short flowering season (three to four weeks), the low flowers yield and quality, the deterioration of bulbs production year after year, ... etc. For solving some problems two ornamental flowering bulbs were chosen as consumed in two sets of trials. |
