Abstract
this thesis contains four chapters,the target of them is them is an important coverage for some basic concepts of control theory such also controllability,observability, assignability and other concepts,also we study the relation between them.our study is concertrating on the singular control system,and this study is given in two different cases, when the state spaces and the control spaces are finite and infinite dimensional space
