In this study, the researcher has integrated both the academic and practical experiences. Form the academic point of view, references in touristy planning specially those related to architecture and civic affairs were reviewed. The reports of the Egyptian cabinet of Ministers regarding the planning of the sea region have also been taken into consideration. Form the practical standpoint, the researcher paid field visits to see the components of the architectural building of the region and to investigate the marketing styles which attract tourists and the degree of satisfaction among tourists with regards to the service offered to meet with their needs, as well as any problems related to planning as they may have to experience while enjoying their visits to the region. The Hurgada area has been targeted for the practical study since it has moved extensively in the touristy planning.
