Housing problem is one of the major problems in the development countries, this problem has been recognised in Egypt as a developed country. This problem becomes worse by the time passing, the nature of this problem requires unusual solutions which is orinted towords the prefabrecated housing. As there were no principles for chosing a sutable techniques for Egypt, techniques have been chosen by the right and wrong trails. Finally, they all have failed. due to the different circumstance between Egypt the Importing countries.
