Agriculture extension is considered one of the most important agriculture organizations for the roles it plays in changing agriculture producers educationally economically and socially. However, it has become necessary to review it roles according to the policy of free economic to fit its requirement and for the progress of Egyptian agriculture and farmers. Accordingly, there is a need to make such improvement changes in the present organizational frame and this study has conducted to achieve the following objectives. 1- Deterinine differences between agriculture extension professionals and the agriculture professional within some governorates regarding the following. a- Knowledge about the concept of free market system. b- Knowledge of state procedures to implement the free market system. 2- Determine differences between agriculture extension professionals and agri. Professionals regarding degree of need to make sucli changes in the agri. Extension organization responding to the requirement of free market system regarding the following: a- The need to make organizational change. b- The need to improve the agri. Extension performance. c- Timing of making the organizational changes. 3- Determine such agreement between agri. Extension professionals and agri. Professionals of making the following fiame changes in extension organization: - General aspects in structure changes. - Roles and responsibilities of the extension organization. - Objectives of the extension organization. - Intended audience - Agri. Extension activities. - Suitable approaches of agri. Extension in the following stage. - Roles and responsibilities the extension professionals. 4- Determine such agreement of change in professional and legal frame of the extension organization between the two groups of respondent.
