المستخلص
Industry is one of the bases on which a community’s economic and social growth depend. In addition to its role as a major aspect in cities, it forms an important foundation for the construction of many new societies. The idea of this research has been formed because of some negative consequences that accompany the process of structural planning of industrial regions. The most important of such consequences is the concentration of industrial activities in a small number of cities; which consequently lead to a rise in the percentage of pollution and a constant increase of population due to emigration. However, this has a negative influence on the city’s facilities and services. Besides, some cities loose their cultural attraction represented in industry. Moreover, this causes the intervening of massive industrial blocks with residential areas, without proper planning, which consequently disturbs the people’s safety, health, and relaxation.
