Abstract
In this thesis we concentrate on kernel based machines ,because they are one of the recent methods for statistiscal learning that addresses both classification and regression oroblems.although they can be considered as an alternative to neural networks ,they have great advantage ,with respect to neural networks that we will explain in our thesis.
