Abstract Breast cancer is a major public health problem worldwide. The number of patients diagnosed with early stage (I and II) breast cancer tumors in increasing. The aim of this work is to throe the light on the recently developed controversies in the management of early stage breast cancer and the follow up after treatment, a goal that might play a pivotal role in helping controlling the widely spreading disease through developing new advanced modalities for the management of this disease. |
