Abstract
The present THESIS aimed to study the diversity of endophytic microorganisms of healthy looking leaves(young and old)
and roots (young and old)of Eichornia Crassipes plants collected from two sites,NILe RIVER and irrigation cannals,at Sohag governorate
In addition the endophytic fungi of sensecent and decayed leaves were also studied .
