Abstract
Therapeutic and diagnostic study of some urinary affections in dogs, as eight groups were the division cases according to clinical case admitted to clinic, included all of urinary affection case-Jure dogs could be exposed to . All cases were exposed to clinical examination , laboratory examination as ( urine analysis, complete blood picture, renal function tesls ; rum albumin and total protein , blood electrolytes as calcium phosphorus chloride and potassium ). All cases were exposed to advanced diagnostic techniques other nography, necropsy and histopathological examination as use of opv or cystoscopy) or use of intravenous urography or urethrography . All dead cases were exposed to necropsy and histopathology. These results with the clinical corded after statistical analysis in six tables and 34 figures. After confirmed diagnosis these cases were treated according to the affection present as cases stones which was not responded to treatment were exposed to extracorporal shockwave lilhotripsy (ESWL) as big stones destroyed into smaller ones passed easily urinary tract, while cases of Renal Failure were exposed to Haemodialysis but poorly prognosed or older cases were exposed to peritoneal Dialysis.
