Abstract
Pesticides are double edged weapons. They are considered to be the unavoidable heavy cost of civilization. They are widely used in our daily life.
Recently, their effects on male fertility have payed attention. One of these pesticitdes is the fungicide carbendazim. This work was done for studying some histoJogical & histochemical changes in rat testis Following administration of carbendazim in different loses & for different periods as well as the reversibility f such changes after arrest of treatment.
MATERIALS & METHODS The animals used were 58 adult male albino rats eighting from 180 - 200 gm. They were divided into 4 ain groups :
Group I (Control) :
Composed of 28 rats, either kept without treatment oren corn oil orally in single or in repeated daily doses.
