Abstract
Peri-anal suppurations are a common surgical problem Sat require proper management/ it’s of prime importance for)e surgeon to recognize in detail the anatomical,pysiological and pathological aspects up to date.This work includes the study of 50 patients presented or the out patient clinic of menouf & El-Bagour General ispitals, the patients are devided into tow groups; 25 itients with perianal abscess simply incised by simple dial incision and 25 case with perianal Fistulae.The aim of this work is to study the incidence of stulization in perianal abscess; the percentage is (28%) ter follow up for 8 months. Most of the patients presented th pain full swelling, general manifestations were minimal oper drainage under general anaethesia was done, Early presentation as well as good management by wide cision which allow proper drainage, frequent inspection of e area to be sure that no dirt is left are very important ctors for sound healing and prevention of fistula informtion
