Abstract
Derivatives of 2-aimino 1-aryi-5-pheny1-H-pyrrole-3-carbonitriles 4 were synthesized by the reaction of phenacylmalononitrile 3 with aniline derivatives in presence of conc HCI under reflux (scheme reaction of derivatives of 2-amino-1-ary1-5-pheny1-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitriles 4 with 85% formic acid gave derivatives of 7-ary1-6-pheny1-3,7 dihydro-pyrrolo 2,3-d pyrimidin4-ones through the amide intermediate .
