Abstract
Samples used for this purpose ranging from 10-250 nm thickness at different conditions of pressure and oxygen particles to temperatures ranging from 25 to Rule 450 meters. Used electronic microscope examination of crystalline structure of the samples, which showed that the texture feature metal surfaces depends on the impurities and the degree of surface roughness on the degree of impurities in it.
