Abstract

The restaurant has become a world wide phenomenon in Egypt, people became eager to come to it more than before because of the increase of social relations, communications, and transportations. That led to a new industry called food and beverage industry and it had its own science and partners.
Competition race between the restaurants became the main engine and factor that led the food and beverage industry forward to future race and increased the number of customers that enjoyed this exciting industry.
As a result of that many restaurants appeared suitable for all segments, all the ages and all the standards, this restaurants starting with Quick Service restaurants to the Casual restaurants and finally to the high classic restaurants.
All these details led to the Casual restaurants which are suitable for all segments for both who go to the Quick Service restaurants and Classic restaurants.
The Casual restaurants running in a very hard competition to achieve its target share from the growing market.
