Abstract
The scope of the present study is to compare between the effect of ecological differences on selected embryonic stages of Oreochromis niloticus collected from El-Abbassa and Ain Shams fish farms, some morphological lengths were measured, fry body proteins were biochemically analyzed, in addition to tracing apoptosis by using recent molecular studies. The results revealed that growth rate of embryonic stages collected from Ain Shams fish farm was higher, there was differences in protein bands, and apoptotic cells were detected in all stages under investigation.
