Abstract In this work we are concerned by automation of certain ex~arim~entss,u ch as the study of the variation of the electrical resistance of a specimen with its temperature in order to save time. As the temperature repersents a dependent parameter in these experiments, there for- it is ncccssaru to design a system including a new circuity for automatic temperature controller that implements thyristors. The system includes also a logic design that permits the automatic storage of both the electrical resistance of a specimen and its temperature simultaneously. The design insurs the continuous display of the memory contents at different rates without being perturbed by the data acquisition process. |
