Abstract
-In the present work 40 adults male albino rats were used they were divided into two main groups: The control group:-included 10 rats ingested water only under the same circumstances to study the normal histology, histochemistry and ultrastructure of the liver. The experimental group: Which was divided into two main groups: Group I (First group):Formed of 6 rats ingested a single toxic (sublethal ) dose of paracetamol (2.1 gm/kg) and were killed on the 2nd day from
ingestion.
