Abstract
The aim of this work is to study some histological, histochemical and ultrastructural changes in albino rat liver during different periods of its development. In the present work, - used. They were divided in 1 - Twenty days prenatal. 2- Newborn. 3- Two weeks postnatal. 4- One month postnatal. 5- Adult. twenty male and female albino rats were to five age groups as the following: The rats of different age groups were collected, anaesthetized and dissected. The livers of the rats were extracted and fixed in different fixatives.
