Abstract
The present investigation was carried out to isolate and study the seed-borne fungi 23d its effect on the economic characters of some Egyptian cotton cultivars . -- . Isolation t r a i l s were performed from, seed, seed coat , --.seed kernel for Menoufi, Giza 45 and Giza 69 cultivars were storage for one sad two years. Three each of seeds, seed coat, seed kernel for each clultivar were transferred on Pf)A medium9 plates were inculated at 280C, and ex3mineli d a i l y f o r occurrence of fungal growth.
