Abstract
The aim of the present work Ls t o study the effect of different addLtions of soil amendments and/or treatmenfa on some physical and chemical propestiea of sandy soils , These sbdies viere carried out on 8-dy sou sample taken froa Badr farm, southern Tahreer province. The sample was sleved through a 2.0 mm, rounded sieve. Practions below 2.0 m, were mixed with different additions 09 organic matter , silt + clay, mhture of silt c clay and 0rgzn1t artter,cement aai: ground sand, at rates of 0.5%. loo%, 1.5% and 2.0% by weight respectlivsly. For ground sad, addition was at rates of 2.0%. 4*0% and 6.0% by weight of sof l.
