A g r i c u l t u r a l extension work, a s an educational system, seeks f o r increasing a s well a s improving the p r o d u c t i v i t y of people i n r u r a l a r e a s . Therefore, t h e agricul tural extension educational system, has a c l e a r e r explanation of t h e importance of nchieving g r e a t e r s c i e n t i f i c understanding of both s o c i a l auc1 economical environmental demands necessary f o r those extension l e a d e r s t o enhance and f a c i l i t a t e t h e i r a c t i v e c o n t r i b u t i o n in t h e a g r i c u l t u r a l s e c t o r . Several and d i f f e r e n t teaching methods have been used to provide r u r a l people with the new a g r i c u l t u r a l technology f o r change, in order t o meet t h e i r l o c a l needs;to increase t h e i r skil.ls, t o improve t h e i r knowledge and l e v e l of t h e i r thinking in p o s i t i v e d i r e c t i o n . On t h i s regard, the sgricultural r u r a l l e a d e r s r o l e s a r e extremely important, since the f a c t t h a t t h e i r personnl communication among farmers r e p r e s e n t s a v i t a l r o l e in r u r a l areas. This r o l e emphasizes the importance of changing in ideas and i n information t h a t woul help farmers gain t h e f ol:l.owing of appropriate innovat ion.
