Abstract
In the present study most of the cases presented ,as osteomyelitis were below the age of 20 years. The primbry roentgenographic focus of osteoiqyelitis is most frequently in the metaphysis Nost authers believe that is the usual in itialsite of localisation of the infection , The initial osseous manifestation will not occur until1 5-14 days after the onset of syptoms, 10 days is the usually required.
