Abstract
Trichinella spiralis is a highly successful parasite in that it can establish , developeand reproduce in a wide range of vertebrate hosts. Interst has been focused on the antigenic nature of Excretory-secretory (ES) antigens of larva of Trichj nelL spiralis . Is olation and characterization of ES antigens has been recently done, also, fractionation of these antigens has occured. The antigenicity of each separate fraction is not fully studred and their role in eliciting immunity against - To spiralis are not well known.
