Abstract

De wardner defined’1’ Chronic renal failure C R F as ”a persistent impairment of both glqmerular and tubular functions, of gradual onset, and of such seventy that the kidneys are no longer able to keep the internal ’environment normal”. C^RF can be considered as a multisystem disease process due topersistant inability of the kidney to perform one or more of its vital functions. The first symptoms of CRF usually occur late in the course of the disease and are also vague and non-specific, the total symptoms and findings being reffered to as uremia, it includes all the manifestation of renal failure, Although the prominence of specific symptoms may vary from one patient to another, no organ system is spared.
