Abstract
This study was carried out to detect the effect of electrosurgical retraction procedure on the gingival tissue and the subsequent postoperative repair of the marginal gingiva. 30 healthy patients were chosen and divided in two equal groups according to the cutting method. 1- The first group ”cutting wet”: no isolation was done. - The second group ”cutting dry”: partial isolation and dryness of the area before using the electrosurgery. After the use of electrosurgery, each of the two groups was further divided into 3 subgroupa , - The first subgroup: no pack was used (control group).
