The major purpose of the preaent study is to evaluate some a g r i c u l t u r a l p r o j e c t s in Kafr El-Sheikh and Beheira governorates. Yhe two egg production projects of Desouk and Xl-Wafac, Meet-Olwan in Kafr 41-Sheikh governorate and the egg production project of Ul-Lahraa, Etay Bl-Uaroud i n Beheira governorate, beside bl-Khaahaa f i s h farm, Kaf r El-Sheikh were selected. Unpublished data of p r o f i t s & losaes statemelits, trading accounts, and balance sheet of these p r o j e c t s , as well as, secondary data from Keclamt ion Uirectorate of iiafr El-Sheikh, ldinistry of Agriculture, and General Administration for Consumption and External Commerce were used for data collect ion. Various investment c r i t - e r i a such as net present values, payback period, i n t e r n a l rate of return, and cost/benefj.t ratio were u t i l i z e d t o anclyze the dote. Each of the first four chapters contains a project evaluation, while the f i f t h one deals with a corngarisoh between the p r o j e c t s usi the concluded c r i t e r i a , as well u s some t h e o r e t i c a l and enipirical, implications t h a t could guide the investment s e c t o r eithe~i n t h e pr e s ent the, o r i n the future. However, the first chapter i n part three contains the main findings of evaluation of table egg production project performance in Uesouk. The findings have revealed that the annual average f o r a l l paybacks during (1982-1392) was about 1498.24 thousand pounds. Yhe minimum was about 715.25 thousand pounds during 1982 and the bximum was about 2370.34 thousand pounds during 1990. The annual average for money-workiw coats during the studied period was about 1445.28 thousand pounds. The maximum was 2360.35 thousand pounds during 1990 and the minimum was about 540.58 thousand pounds during 1982. Perfosming evaluation c r i t e r i a in the long-range (1994.-2013), the study proved that the net present value under discount price (11%) reached about 615.123 million pounds. The p r o f i t indicator reached about 24.6 . The inner return r a t e reached about 71.5%.
