Abstract
The present work was done on 34 dogs of both sexes. These dogs were previously prepared with gastric fistula .These dogs were fasted for 12 hour then the basal gastric secretion was colleoted from all these dogs every 15 minutes for one hour, the volume of these samples were measured, the free and total acidity were estimated, then the 4 samples were mixed together and were analyeed f o r pepsin,mucoproteose and mucoprotein.
