Abstract
This investigation was carried out to study the effect of caffeine ingestion dUring pregnancy and / or lactation periods on the enamel surface of the first molar tooth and caries incidence of rat’s offsprings. Sixty pregnant rats were used in this experiment. They were divided into 4 groups 15 rats each after determination of pregnancy by vaginal smear.
