The aim purpose of this study is to investigate the Fiscal aralysis of the sugar - beet project i n Kafr El-Sheik governorate, and the application of various investment criteria such as net present values and pay-back period, internal rate of return and’ cost – beaitratio in order to evaluate the sugar - beet project in the governorate. The project under study which is located in Hamoul district , Kafr El-Sheikh governorate vlas chosento be studied being the only sugar-beet project in Egypt and never been, researched by the investigators before.
