Abstract
Bllharziaais is a major health problem in Egypt. Bilh=ziasis is also considered as an occupational disease, ink affects the productive power of the labourers by 25% (Tolba, 1962) 0 Bilh -zid polyposis of the colon is one of the most important pathological l e s i o n s of achistosoma mansoni as i t may cost the patient his life.The present study was done on 30 cases of both sexes with age ranged between 10-50 yearse A l l the cases were submitted to thorough cl.inicd, laboratory, colonoscopic ad radiological studies .
