Abstract Recent investigations point to a common association between hyperlipemia and hyperuricemia, but no work has declared the definite nature of this association, in other words, it’s not definitely known, if one of the two partners [hyperlipemia & hyperuricemia] is the cause of the other, or the two partners are due to one etiological mechanism. ’ Hence the aim of this work was to assess some lipometabolic parameters in asymptomatic and symptomatic primary hyperuricemia, as a trial to explain the pathogenesis of the mentioned associationr [hyperlipemia & hyperuricemia]. |
