Abstract
All patients suspected to suffer fiom a renal tumour must be fully investigated radiologically to document tumour presence,evaluate its site and size, pathological type of the tumour and stage.Multiplicity is another feature that can be easily missed if the patient is not hlly investigated. This work reviews the various radiological patterns for different types of renal tumours and discusses the importance of each imaging modality and their value in diagnosis .
