Abstract
The aim of this work is to compare the extent , severity and pattern of coronary atherosclerotic lesions detected by coronary mgiiigraplr! 111 acutc and chronic coronary syndromes (acute myocardid inf:dicio l ;indmstable angina versus chronic stable angina).The study was conducted on 113 patients with coronary heart disea-ses and about 13the result because their co patients their coeronary angiography were normal with no element of obstruction.
