Abstract
This work aimed at comparing the results of the chole dochoduodensto and the aphhcteroplasty as two different internal drainege procedures of the common bile duct which rnw augmeflt the efficacy of the convntionai choledocholithotoqv in certain couditi os of choledoc bolitbiasia. each adjuvact intnal drainage procedure was carried out in 10 patients presented with choledocholithiasis and admitted intheGastroenterology and Endoscopyun itirthe surgical Department in Tanta University Hospital. The surgical technique of each internal drainage procedure wes disccssed.
