Abstract The aim of this thesis is to synthesize some novel heterocyclic compounds starting from easily obtainable enamines. Therefore, the work have been divided into two parts; the first one is the synthesis of acyclic enamine, namely 2-cyano-3-(dimethylamino)-N-(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)acylamide and study its behavior towards some different nucleophiles. The second part is the synthesis of aminopyrazole derivative which has a latent enamine skeleton and study its reactivity towards various types of 1,3-biselectophilic reagents. Part 1: In this part we employed enaminonitrile derivative to synthesize some new polyfunctionally heterocyclic compounds such as isoxazole, aminopyrazole, pyrimidine, diazepine, pyran, pyridine and coumarin derivatives. spectral data. Part 2: In this part we employed 5-aminopyrazole derivative to synthesize some new polyfunctionally heterocyclic compounds such as, pyrimidine, imidazole, triazine and thiadiazine derivatives. |
