This study aimed to identify the differences between street children and normal children in each of the parental attitudes and behavioral disorders, It also aimed to identify the differences between them in each of the parental attitudes and behavioral disorders, according to the duration of family leave, Finally, the study aimed to identify the relationship between parental attitudes and behavioral disorders in both street children and normal children, The study sample consisted of the basic (204) children were male, where the number of street children (100 (examinees taken, while the number of normal children (104) examinees, researcher Corresponded between them with the variables(Age-Sex-Religion-freedom from injury or impairment of physical or psychological diseases, chronic), Aged (12-16 years), The study used a questionnaire (open question prepared by the researcher) - a measure of parental attitudes (prepared by the researcher)-measure of behavioral disorders (Prepared by Mohammed Abdel Moneim Farag 2007), And the most important findings of the study results: the existence of differences statistical significant at (0.01) in the parental attitudes as (Physical and Verbal Abuse - Discrimination -Negligence–Cruelty-Deprivation)and in behavioral disorders, as (Stubborn Insurgent - Conduct disorder - aggression - lying) between street children and normal children for the street children, The study also found a statistical significant differences at (0.05) in both standard (parental attitudes and behavioral disorders) dimensions and total degree between children who did not leave their families (normal) and among street children (low - middle - high) The duration of leave family to the (low - middle - high) The duration of family leave While there are no significant differences between the (low - middle -high) The duration of family leave,Finally, the study found that there is a positive statistical significant at (0.01) between parental attitudes scale (dimensions,and total score) and standard behavioral disorders (Dimensions, and the total degree) among street children, While there are no statistically significant relationship between parental attitudes scale (dimensions, and total degree) and standard behavioral disorders (Dimensions, and the total degree) in normal children, Except for a stubborn insurgent; are found with the dimensions (physical and verbal abuse-neglect-deprivation)and the totall degree positive relationship at the level of significance (0.05).
