المستخلص The study goal: The current study aims to study the relationship among managerial cognitive, decision-making and social behavior styles of high school agents. The study sample: The entire sample includes 136 (50 of males + 86 of females) of high school agents The study tools: Managerial cognitive styles scale ”translated and prepared by Mohamed Naguib ” . Decision-making styles scale, Social behavior styles scale ”prepared by the current researcher”. Hypotheses of the study: There are statistical significant differences in scores means of managerial cognitive styles among members of the sample according to the differentiation of (Sex - certificate - experience). There are statistical significant differences in scores means of decision-making styles among members of the sample according to the differentiation of (Sex - certificate - experience). There are statistical significant differences in scores means of social behavior styles among members of the sample according to the differentiation of (Sex - certificate - experience). There is a statistical significant relation between managerial cognitive styles scores and the decision-making styles scores of the sample members. There is a statistical significant relation between managerial cognitive styles scores and the social behavior styles scores of the sample members.
