Abstract In the present work the distribution function of hot electron in n-tybe germanium doped with antimony (Sb) and gold (Au) impurities at T=2ok is determind using the boltzmann equayion. the concentration of the shallow antimony donors is choosen such that in the sample doubly and triply charged gold centres are formed using a suitable monochromatic light source, electrons are generated form the trply charged centres. |
