The research aims to identify the effect of blended net work learning on outputs learning (knowledge acquisition, learning technical skills, opinions and impressions affective) in volleyball, the researcher used the experimental method using experimental design with three groups, two experimental and the other control and the application of measurements before and after the research groups of the three , The researcher selected the sample intentionally by random way, students from the First Year Faculty of Physical Education, Mansoura University in the academic year (2009-2010), and there population (60) student sample was divided into three equal groups, The results of the research is to exceed the second experimental group applied blended net work learning (educational site on the internet + traditional method) on the first experimental group that used the educational site on the Internet, as well as the control group, which used the traditional method at the level of cognitive achievement and the level of skillful performance of technical skills in volleyball (transmission from the bottom opposite - Email from the top opposite - the scroll from the top - scroll down) as well as the opinions and impressions of the emotional female. The researcher recommends using the proposed educational program to teach the sports activities in general, and volleyball in particular what it has achieved the effectiveness of the results, and because its positive impact on the direct interaction related to the learner and the educational material, as well as the need for attention to the design and production of educational sites in all sports activities in cooperation with experts and specialists in education technology, with the need to work training courses to train faculty members and their assistants on how to formulate their courses and submit them electronically on the Internet to keep up with modern development in the educational process.
