Research Aims: Current research aims to develop a program to improve teaching competencies of the student teacher of Faculty of Physical Education according to quality and accreditation standards, and that would be by identifying: - Teaching competencies for the student teacher of Faculty of Physical Education according to quality and accreditation standards. - The impact of the proposed program on the teaching competencies of the student teacher of Faculty of Physical Education for the experimental group. Hypotheses: In light of the objectives of the research the researcher puts the following hypotheses: - The proposed program has a statistically significant impact on the teaching competencies of the student teacher in question. - There are significant differences between pre and post test of experimental group under research in teaching competency of the student teacher for the post test measurement. Society and the research sample: The research community the fourth year students - Division of Teaching Physical Education, Faculty of Physical Education - Mansoura University for the academic year 2009 / 2010, and the number of students reached 366 new comer students, random sample were selected of 73 students by 26 males and 47 females; As well as 39 males and 136 as an exploratory sample with percentage of 67.76% of the research community. Research findings: - The proposed program has led to significant improvement in the teaching competencies of students teachers in question. - The proposed program contributed to improving the efficiency of measurement and evaluation of students teachers, (Boys - Girls) increased by 40.74%, a rate of 30.43% of male student teacher, and by 47.34% of female student teacher. - The percentage of student improvement in the efficiency of measurement and evaluation of female student teacher is 16.91% higher that male student teacher. - The proposed program contributed to improving the efficiency of the personality features and the ability to plan a lesson for physical education students teachers (Boys - Girls) increased by 21.43%, a rate of 26.51% of male student teacher, and by 18.72% of female student teacher. - The percentage of improvement in the efficiency of male student teacher personality features and the ability to plan is 7.79% higher than female student teacher. Research Recommendations: - Using the proposed program in preparing the student teachers of physical education Faculties. - Converting the proposed program to an electronic program that enables students teachers to use it at the time of need. - Developing methods to prepare students teachers at physical education Faculties.
