The world is witnessing the recent scientific progress significantly in various areas of life, especially in the field of sports as a result of research and scientific studies with the objective of upgrading the performance of the player from all aspects of physical, skill, tactical, physiological, psychological and in order to achieve the objectives of the training process. The research aims to develop levels of standardized tests the capacity of some common perceptions motor skill set kata black belt (Dan -1) for players and Judo The researcher used the descriptive approach in the manner so as to survey the relevance of the nature of the search. Selected sample of basic research in the manner intentional random players governorates (Cairo - garbia - Dakahlia - Port Said - Alexandria), it was (56) player under 17 years old and under 19 years old. Insights and recommendations: First: The conclusion is Based on the Results of the research and in the light of the objective and research questions the researcher concluded the following insights: 1- Most common dynamic capabilities perceptions of the nature of the appropriate age group (under 17 and under 19 years old) to Black Belt Kata (Dan -1) for Judo players are (distance perception - sense of direction - awareness of balance - understanding Eurhythmy). 2- The most important tests that measure the capacity of common perceptions of mobility Bkata Black Belt (Dan -1) Is (4) tests (test distance 2 - 1-way test - balance test 1 - Kinetic Achtbaraliiqaa 3). 3- Tests learned suitable for classification and evaluation processes in Judo as the results reflect the real level of the capacities of common perceptions of the dynamic players Judo. Recommendations: 1- The weight of the work of the sessions trained by the Egyptian Federation of Judo, Aikido & Sumo to clarify the importance of developing the capacity of sense perceptions mobility. 2- Public Awareness trainers need to work training programs, skills training programs within the capabilities of dynamic sense perceptions. 3- as guidance the Egyptian Federation of Judo, Aikido & Sumo normative levels chosen to look at the tests Kata Black Belt (Dan 1). 4- The need to make measurements on a cohort of games to determine the level of performance in the kata during testing capabilities common perceptions mobility. 5- Attention to design battery tests with different levels of normative perceptions of the capacities of common motor Kata Black Belt (Dan 2) to (Dan 5). 6- Implementation of what is proposed in the meetings of the Egyptian Federation of Judo, Aikido & Sumo Kata on the inclusion of the program of official competitions organized by the Union.
