Abstract
This study was conducted at Mahallet Mousa Research Station of the Animal production Research Intitute and Department of Animal Production, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura Univversity during the period from feb.1999- june 2000. The objective of this study was mainly to test the efficacy of a new system of synchronization of ovulation and oestrus involving combined treatment with GnRH and PGF2a, compared with commonly known system of PGF2a only. Total of 62 buffaloes aging 3-10 yr. in their 1-8 Lactation were used in this study, over two parts.
