Abstract
1-The present study aims to the production of some lignocellulolytic enzymes (Exoglucanase-Endoglucanase-Carboxymethylcellulase (CMCase)-Xylanase-Pectinase and ManganasePeroxidase) by Pleurotus ostreatus through biodegradation of some agriculture wastes including: rice straw and sawdust by Solid State Fermentation 2-Studying different culture condition affecting enzyme production by Pleurotus ostreatus on rice straw. 3-Aims to study Physiochemical and kinetic properties Pleurotus ostreatus enzymes including : 1-Effect of Time course. 2-Effect of temperature. 3-Effect of pH value. 4-Effect of different substrate concentrations. 5-Thermostability.
