Abstract
Cancer is a multistep process in which multiple genetic alterations must occur, usually over the span of years. To have accumulative effect on the control of the differentiation, cell division, and growth control. These genetic alterations are somtimes carried in the germline i.e heritable mutations, other mutations occur in somatic cells spontaneously or as s result of different environmemtal agents such as, radiation, chemicals, viruses...etc.
