The Egpytion Parliamen is considered one of the most essential circuses of struggles between the different ideological and political trends which were fighting one other for having legalizations coped with the political.economical and social circumstances,in addition establishing an accurate and hard supervision on the governments during that period whether majority or minority government seeking for constituting laws and initial values could control the community , at the same time the parliament was the last resort for any Egyptian citizen to achieve his hopes and directing the different governments to the proper way accordance with the voters of the paliament members.
Al Azhar and Endowments issues were one of the essential cases which created such harsh direct fraction between the Egyptian community especially law class and middle class which beneficiary economically from Al Azhar in thep educational aspects.
Moreove,Endowments have played avery important role in Islamic civilization since the daybreak of Islam till now , and contributed in raising the social , cultural,and economical conditions within the islamic world,where Egypt was not away from that renaissance but,in fact, the Egyptian endowments is considered one of the largest endowments over Islamic world.some non Egyptian Muslims were keen to endow there lands for Al-Azhar Al-Shareef ,as well as Egyptian citizen willed part of their lands to different charity institutes to avoid taxes they could not pay or to rid of the heritage crisis ,in addition ,fearing of the authorities expropriation to their properties ,therefore,the national endowments have vast areas which could reach half of the cultivated lands in Egypt.
