Abstract The present study was carried out on 300ducklings aged 1-50 days out of inspecting 13500 ducklings. These collected from different farms, Sharkia and Kalubia Provinces to study, pathological changes due to locomotor disturbances of (bone, joint, muscles, skin, brain, liver and heart)in correlation to different causes. Bacteriological examinations have been carried out to identify thepossible bacterial agents. Biochemical examinations: have been carried out to identify the level of vitamin E,calcium, phosphoruse in serum and ration. Histopathological examination: the collected samples from the bone, joint, muscles, brain, liver, skin and heart were fixed immediately in 10% neutral formalin solution and prepared for histopathological examination. |
