The teacher has an important position for all members of society despite of their different standards; He is a trustworthy of children who are the wealth of society. the problem of the study Lies in the following question: To what extent can in-service teacher training in Damietta provide teachers with the requirements of globalization age? Out of this main question arise the following four sub questions as follows: What is the educational nature on which the in-service teacher training programs are based?, What are the globalization age requirement needed for the in-service teacher training? ,What are the reality of in-service teacher training programs in Damietta governorate ? ,What is the suggested project to evaluate of in-service teachers training in Damietta in the light of the requirements of globalization age? Finally, the study has reached a group of recommendation. The most ones may be the following: Making use of the experience of developed countries by turning from the additional concept of teacher training to the concept of continuous professional development. ,Using modern training methods in the programs of teacher training .
