This study aims to identify the role of the cultural programs presented by the Arab satellite channels in the formation of cultural and social awareness among university students, according to different socio-economic levels and the type of education and other demographic variables, and is done through
* Knowing the students choices for TV channels.
* identify the choices for university students of cultural programs to be presented to the Arab satellite channels.
* identi fy the features of cultural and social realities of students at the University, of seeing through these programs
* Knowing the extent of the differences between university students in the degree of acquisition of the social and cultural awareness through cultural programs offered to them on the Arab satellite channels and in accordance with the variables (type - age - the social and economic).
