we say that the elquical Arab heritaye has passed several stayes till it has flourisges.one of its stayes is that it began simple in the hands of igrorant people expressed in some notices and it was resarded as the primitive stay of the Arab Elquition .Then , Islam come and developed it through the addition from the hely Quorn and hadith . Then , it reached maturity when scientists wrote it down in the top of flourishment at the hands of EL –sheikh Abdel-kaher EL- Gergany and EL –zamkhary . Then , the efforts at scientist after these two sheikhs left no thing but some of what was transported .explained and summary. The importance of that topic and its aim . That topic revealed the areas of static and creativity in elquition taking the science of linguistics as an example of application and using some evidences from the holy Quaran and sonnah and literature with its two branches , analyzing these evidences. In this Inetim bake to the work of the two sheikhs and to the main aim of elquition , that is developing taste and the sense of beuoty . This study includes: An Introduction , preparation and two sections and an end : Section one : The issuer of static in linguistics . In section two : The issues of creativity in linguistics : The forms of creativity in word , The forms of creativity in a sentence : And The forms of paragraph and The role of elquition theory in flourishing other theories . In End : Here , I recorded the most impotant results of the study . for example : -the study proved the role of abd el-kahr El-gergany in promoting the elquition research though his theories. - The creative role of elquition men in revealing the secrets of elquition that we notice while using a word , a sentence , or a whole paragraph . -The study proved the relation between the old elquition theory and the new one and that the new one are was based on the styles of linguistics.
